How does BPM parcel forwarding work?
Book BPM Basic Account
Your BPM Basic Account can do more than just parcel & letter forwarding. Here you have an overview of your orders and can book services on demand like forwarding, storage or consolidation.

Order your products
When ordering in an online store of your choice, enter the BPM reception address and your personal BPM number. The reception of your order at BPM will be confirmed by email.
Parcel reception
5 credits² / parcel up to 30kg
We take care of the forwarding
In your customer account you can decide what to do with the package. You book the forwarding and we take care of the rest.
Forwarding costs depend on the shipping service provider, dimensions, weight or girth and destination.³
¹ Minimum duration 3 months.
² Credits are BPM money. One credit costs one Euro. But you can also buy credits in advance and save up to 15%!

⁴ All Rates include German VAT of 19 %. In the case of businesses, rates can be billed net, with the VAT on a reverse charge basis.
